1. The patient (friend) being referred must have never been a patient of our practice to count as a new referral for rewards credit.
2. The reward credit the friend receives is applied at their appointment when they show us the email they received from clicking the referrer’s unique link.
3. The referrer will receive their reward credit once the friend completes the appointment with us. Those reward credits will be applied to the referrer’s next visit.
4. Reward credits will reset to 0 credits after being used for a visit.
5. Bernard Cannabis Center is able to remove anyone from the Referral Program and/or reset/adjust reward credits as it deems necessary.
