  • New Patient Visit: $250 for 7 months, $150 if US veteran/cancer diagnosis or transfer new patient.
  • Follow-up Visit: $150 (every 7 months), $125 if US veteran/cancer diagnosis.
  • WEEKEND VISIT PRICE: New Patient Visit: $280, transfer new patient and follow-up visits $180.
